How do I search for a hotel?
It's easy to search for a hotel. Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1
Enter ONE of the following categories to search for a hotel.
City name: (You may use the first three letters of the city name)
State or Province
Airport Code
Step 2.
Enter the arrival and departure dates.
Enter the number of adults.
After completing the required fields you may choose to see all the hotels that the search will return, or an expanded selection of hotels by certain criteria. If you choose the expanded search option, please see the following information. If not move on to Step 3.
Expanded search option.
1. If you know the name of the hotel or a keyword from the hotel name, for example, beach, complete the first box. If you don' t have a specific name you can see a selection based on 3 criteria:
• Chain, - for a specific hotel chain such as Hilton or Holiday Inn.
• Rating - for a specific standard such as first class.
• Amenities - for specific features such as a pool. (Move on to step 3)
Step 3.
A list of hotels matching your search criteria will be displayed. You can review hotel information, photos and in some cases video. You may also convert currency.
Step 4.
The last step of your search is clicking on the Check Availability button of the hotel you wish to stay in and selecting the room rate.

How do I book my rooms?
If you are happy with the hotel selection, you now move directly to the reservation details. The reservation page needs to be completed in full. If you have previously completed a hotelexpress.com membership form, you will be invited to indicate your membership number or full name. Major parts of the reservation form will now be completed automatically.

Why do I need to provide credit card details?
To guarantee your selection as most hotels will not hold rooms without credit card details. Charges are not processed until you check out of the hotel. Please note, special rate hotels require prepayment in full. These properties require that you are charged the full amount at the time you make your booking. We use a secure server where sensitive information is encrypted.

Why can't group bookings be handled automatically?
Most hotels impose a limit on room bookings and require special contractual arrangements. This requires manual intervention. Our trained reservations team will be pleased to handle groups, and will respond to your e-mails promptly.

How long will reservations take?
The system will issue a confirmation within seconds. If you are booking a group, we should be able to respond within 24 hours following your inquiry.
