BEST RATE GUARANTEE

Hotelexpress.com guarantees to have the best rates available for hotel rooms booked through our company. In the event that you are able to confirm a lower rate at the same hotel for the same room type and date, we will either cancel the reservation without penalty or refund you the difference.

Details:

If you find a lower rate for the same hotel, dates, room type, bed type and number of guests, hotelexpress.com will either honor that lower rate or cancel your reservations upon receiving your claim (See Below).

The above conditions apply only if you contact Hotelexpress.com prior to the cancellation policy of the hotel (note that each hotel has it's own cancellation policy).

Our best rate guarantee does not apply to the following:

  • Private rates
  • Package rates
  • Corporate discount rates
  • Group rates
  • Meeting rates
  • AAA or AARP rates

Or any other rates that are targeted toward a specific group and not for the general public.

Once advising Hotelexpress.com of a competing rate, you must provide an acceptable form of proof, which includes:

  • A downloaded picture of the competing rate, which shows the rate, room type and dates.
  • A dated magazine, newspaper, flyer showing the competing rate

Hotelexpress.com employees have the sole right and judgment to determine the validity of any competing rate. Upon verification of the competing rate, a Hotelexpress.com employee will contact you with details.

Any credit card refunds will take place within a 24-hour period

You cannot combine the Hotelexpress.com best rate guarantee with any other promotion or offer. This guarantee is void where prohibited by law. Hotelexpress.com reserves the right to change or discontinue the best rate guarantee at anytime without prior notice.
